DELTAPOWER Hydraulic flow distributor take flexible and effectient
way to combine several hydraulic pump. Apply for multi-return line
hydraulic system.Each distributor includes a series of gear pairs
which make the inputed oil equally or proportionally output. The
pressure of every channel can be differernt .Each channel can also
install safty overflow vavle.
Delta Power distributor includes equal distributor and proportional
distributor. It equally or proportionally distribute the oil of
main oil channel into two channel or even more. The pressure’ level
of each channel is depengding on the level of the outside load.This
element composes by a series of coupling gear wheel pump and gear
motor.Each has the function of pump and motor. The whole element
has a common suction and discharge. High pressure oil will be
supplied to the branch and the discharging rate is also different
if the each group of divider's valve plate in same size
but the suction's high pressure current being differed by different
size of their valve plate. The valve plate of more discharging
capacity caused the current large also, ig: the discharging
capacity is direct proportion with output current.
The feature of distributor is displacement fixed,therefore it is
not subjected to the outside pressure load and its oil viscosity
variety effect the function is very small.Of course, for the
problems of volumetric efficiency and the efficiency of
mechanical,the effection of diversion of its precise is slight.
